So you might be down, out for the count, or depressed about something or many things in life. You might tell yourself that life is so much better elsewhere or if you would be doing other things how great life could be. I am here to tell you in this article the truth. Life has many different faces and when you start getting spoiled, you start to forget the valuable things in life, and start to forget what really matters. If you take a step back, reanalyze yourself and your situation, and think objectively you will realize that life is good.
Back In The Day, Suffering Was Widespread
Back in the day suffering, pain, difficulty was every day life. In the US black people couldn’t vote, women couldn’t vote, people that were not property owners couldn’t vote. There were very few social programs. Make a mistake or mess up, and you could be destroyed. Diseases would easily kill you, health care was bad, and communication was difficult at best. You had to take life for what it was. Now a days people have become spoiled. Their quality of life has become so high that they are unwilling to acknowledge how good everything is.
Just Take A Look At Some Other Countries Outside The US
If you think your life is bad, go live in Sudan or the Congo. Go to a place where people starve on the street and their best day is when they have fresh water and clean clothes. How difficult is your life really? Ask yourself, is it better on the other side? Is it better with material wealth? Or are you just being spoiled. Friends, family, and happiness are more important than anything. Do you have the support you need? That is what is really important in life.
Take Life One Day At A Time But Plan For The Future
There is only so much you can do in life. Don’t force anything. Take it slow, make it happen. Don’t get stressed out about your current situation. Appreciate what you have and just try to move forward. If you look at the most successful people throughout history, they have been the ones who have had a good sense of humor, and have always tried to see the positive light, and look towards the future. There is no secret, being down or depressed about a bad situation doesn’t fix or improve anything. Keep a positive attitude and try to pick out the positive in what you do, and surely this will lead to a benefit for yourself.
A Bad Experience
At one time in my life, I had a number of so called friends. We would spend a lot of time together and do a lot together. I didn’t realize they were bad mouthing me behind my back, however. Over time I started to get annoyed with their behavior as they started to get annoyed at my behavior. Instead of moving on and ignoring them, I continued to associate with them. This led to a bad attitude and negative energy causing me to feel worse about myself. All I would have had to do was cut them off, but I stayed for the punishment and bad treatment. The key here is, stay away from the negative, focus on the positive, and if you do, you maximize your chance at success, which is exactly what this website is about.
